Day1 (-­,-­,-­)

Istanbul Arrival

• ARRIVE ISTANBUL AIRPORT/SABIHA GOKCEN AIRPORT –
• Meet with your welcoming guide at the outside of 9th gate he/she will be there with ”CEO34” sign. After your name check is done, he / she will lead you till your transfer vehicle.
• Meet with your driver and private transfer to hotel. (Approximately 1hrs 30 mins distance, depends on traffic)
• CHECK IN TO HOTEL(International check-­‐in time 14:00) – REST OF DAY IS YOURS

Day2 (B,L­,D­)

Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

• Breakfast at hotel, approx 08:00/30 am pick up time (we will inform you with certain timing, 1 day before the tour)
• Meet with your guide/driver at the hotel lobby,
• After Pick Up From Hotel, Transfer to Sultan Ahmet Area (OLD ISTANBUL AREA). HIGLIGHT ON BELOW:
• Hagia Sophia Mosque – Blue Mosque – Hippodromme Square – German Fountains -­‐ Obelisk -­‐ Topkapi Palace – Grand Bazaar
• LUNCH: Turkis cousine lunch included (SET MENU WILL SERVE – DRINKS EXTRA)
• AFTER TOUR TRANSFER BACK TO HOTEL.
• DROP OF TO HOTEL, OVERNIGHT AT HOTEL IN ISTANBUL
• DINNER CRUISE TOUR
• Approximately 19:00/30 PM (we will inform you with certain timing, 1 day before the tour) Meet with your guide at the hotel lobby.
• Transfer To Harbor (TRANSFER WEHICLE ON SHARING BASIS)

• Sailing on Bosphorus with Legendary view of Bosphorus Bridge and Asia -­‐  Europa continent.
• Entertainments, Traditional Belly Dance Show -­‐ Turkish Folk Dances – DJ Performance
• DINNER – Delicious Turkish Cousine Dinner Along with Unlimited Soft Drink
• Approximately 23:59 – Reach the Dock – Meet with your driver and transfer back to the hotel

Day3 (B,L­,-)

Bursa Tour

• Breakfast at hotel, approx 08:00/30 am pick up time (we will inform you with certain timing, 1 day before the tour)
• Meet with your guide/driver at the hotel lobby,
• Pick up from hotel – Transfer to harbor (ON SHARING BASIS)
• Sail to Büyükada, along with view of Kınalıada, Burgazada and Heybeliada.
• Reach Büyükada and have a delicious local lunch at seaside restaurant. (SET MENU WILL SERVED DRINKS EKSTRA) After lunch, you have free time for spending marvelous nature without the traffic chaos.
• You may also like to view of Greek Houses.
• After free time meet with your guide at the harbor
• Sail back to Istanbul – Reach the dock – Meet with your driver then transfer back to your hotel. (ON SHARING BASIS)

Day4 (B,-­,-)

Istanbul Departure & Antalya Arrival

• ISTANBUL DEPARTURE
• Breakfast at hotel (DEPENDS ON YOUR FLIGHT TIMING)
• Check out from hotel (INTERNATIONAL CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 O’CLOCK)
• We will give you certain pick up timing 1 day before the transfer (GENERALLY 4 HRS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT TIMING)
• Meet with your transferman/driver at the hotel lobby
• Private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport.(ROAD WILL TAKE APPROX 1HR 30MINS – 2 HRS / DEPENDS ON TRAFFIC)
• ANTALYA ARRIVAL
• Arrive Antalya Airport – Meet with your welcoming guide or driver
• After he / she lead you till your transfer vehicle.
• Then private transfer to hotel. (Approx 1HR depends on road conditions&traffic)
• Proceed your hotel, Check in – Rest of day is yours

Day5 (B,L,-)

Waterfall City Tour

• After breakfast at hotel,
• Approx 08:30 am for tour pick up time (we will inform your with certain pick up timing, 1 day before the tour)
• Meet with your guide at the hotel lobby,
• Have a drive or walk to old city (depends on your hotel location)
• HIGLIGHTS ON BELOW :
• Antalya old town(CALLED KALEİÇİ) , Hadrian Gate and Grooved Minaret, Karpuz Kaldiran Waterfall, Duden Waterfall, Turkish Cousine Lunch (set menu will served, drinks extra)

Day6 (B,L,-)

Pamukkale Tour

• (kindly request for breakfast box from hotel reception 1 night before the tour)
• Early in the morning, approximately 06:30 am pick up time(we will give you certain timing 1day before the tour)
• Meet with your guide at the hotel lobby
• Drive to Pamukkale approx 3 hours distance
• HIGLIGHTS ON BELOW :
• Pamukkale Travertines, Hierapolis Ancient City, The Necropolis, Swimming oppurtunity at thermal pool(with and additional fee)
• Turkish cousine lunch (set menu will serve -­‐ drinks extra)
• After tour drive back to your hotel

Day7 (B,-,-)

Antalya Departure

• After breakfast at hotel (depends on your flight timing)
• Check out from hotel (interntaional check out time is 12:00 o’clock)
• We will inform you for certain pick up timing, 1 day before the transfer(Generally 3 hrs before your flight time)
• Meet with your driver at the hotel lobby,
• Private transfer to Antalya airport. (distance is approx 1 -­‐  1,5 hrs / depends on road conditions&traffic)

• PCR test before departure from turkey (either last overnight day at a hospital or at the airport on departure day).

Payment procedure -­‐ Cancelation policy

• All bank charges belong sender ( 50 euro per transfer via bank , %3 with credit card )
• Cancellation made within 6 days prior to departure , fully no-­‐show
• 7-­‐15 days prior to departure date 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
• 16-­‐24 days prior to departure date 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
• 25 or more days prior to departure daterefund policynon-­‐refundable 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded
• Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed cancellation request form and travel service start date.
• The notification day and departure day are not counted. Eg. If the tour departure day is april 4th, we receive the official cancellation request on april 1st, it will be counted as
• 2 days prior to the departure date.
• If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with mik travel solutions, not with tour providers.
• In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via bank transfer. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
• All domestic and international flight tickets purchased by us (mik travel solutions) are non-­‐refundable. Free cancellation
• Single day tours/activities*: cancel at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the experience for a full refund.
• Admission tickets/passes or skip-­‐the-­‐line tickets excluded. Please check special notes as some tours are non-­‐refundable.
• Any service that is included in the package tour can be canceled up to 72 hours before the tour start time. Service canceled within 72 hours is non-­‐refundable.

Pick ups on regular tours : guests needs to be ready on given time, driver can not wait more then 5 mins
Airport transfer : due to traffic, guests needs to be ready on the time; after 10 mins delay, driver will leave & transfer will be no show
